How can we get started?

This event is organized by Meetingplanner.pl. It combines elements of sales, networking and education. The 15-minute meetings are modeled on the mechanism of “speed dating”. Their purpose is to familiarize meeting planners with venue offers.
We become part of your team. We represent your facility, in conjunction with 2 others that are definitely not your competitors. Before the event, we probe the needs of the planners. We select 12 with whom we are sure to hold meetings. During the event, we have the chance to increase this list up to twice. We benefit from an additional open session and during the evening networking. We build relationships and showcase the unique values of your facility.
Process
1 We will determine the scope and sign the contract. At this stage we do not know the dates of the next editions of the event
2 We will ask you for information for your bid.
3. once the next MP Fast Date® is announced, we will supplement the materials with offerings for the upcoming season
4. we will complete the cost calculation with accommodation and transportation
5. arrange meetings and attend the event
6.After the event, we will provide you with all contacts, along with a description of the findings of specific meetings
We will send messages to all the planners we met with
Our experience shows that from this point our contacts become your customers
If you greet them and invite them to contact you directly, they will direct their inquiries directly to you. You have no additional obligations to us as a result of these inquiries.
